During my recent stay at Moti Mahal for a corporate retreat, I discovered that it possesses a solid range of amenities for business travellers. The banquet halls, Vajra, Heera, and Moti Kala Mantap, are spacious and serve as excellent venues for meetings and events, comfortably accommodating our round table discussions. The hotel provides four meeting rooms equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy for our team to remain connected while working remotely. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the business centre, ensuring any needs or queries were addressed promptly. Although the reception could benefit from additional customer service training, most staff were helpful and accommodating. One highlight was the daily changing breakfast menu; the options provided a pleasant start to our mornings and fuelled us for the work ahead. The hotel's overall upkeep could be improved- my room required some TLC. Despite that, Moti Mahal remains a practical choice for business travel with plenty of amenities geared towards ensuring a productive stay.
